Reservation Policy

The cost for your bowling reservation is by the hour, not by game. Your bowling reservation will start and stop at your reserved time regardless of where you are at in your game. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 24 hours before your reservation time. We will not refund any money for a reservation cancelled without a 24-hour notice. If you cancel within the 24-hour time frame, you may be refunded the amount paid in the form of a gift card to be used at a later date at either of our locations. 

  • Bowling shoes are required for all bowlers.
  • For No School Specials, Cosmic Bowling, or other events where the fee is based on a per person basis, online reservations will be available and will be the only method for doing so. Payment in full is required with your reservation.
  • Reservations may be made the same day and up until the time of the event. For example, a reservation for 10pm if available in the system may be made at 9:59pm.
  • Reservations take precedence over walk-in business.
  • Reservations are for a minimum of 4 people for these events. Reservations for less than 4 will not be accepted by phone, or in person prior to the event time.
  • Cancellations may be made per the policy listed when making the reservation.
  • If you pay for more than 4 people and you have a no show, we will refund you the amount paid for those OVER 4 people on a per lane basis. For example if you reserve 6 people, and two no show, you will be refunded for two people. If you reserve 6 people and three are no-shows, you will still be refunded only two people. The refund will be immediate in the form of a gift card usable at either location, or be refunded to the card the reservation was made with the next business day.
  • If lanes are available for walk-ins, they will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will allow less than 4 people for walk-in reservations, however, the only way to guarantee your reservation is to make it and pay in full online for four or more.
  • If you have a food allergy, please notify us.

  • No Food or Drink may be brought into the center.

  • If you have less than 4 people and want a reservation join with other friends and share a reservation.
